We have five branches, which are one molding factory, one material factory, one solution company and two assembling factories that covers 3,000m2. Moreover, we own a total staff of 500 employees. All our factories are equipped with automatic production lines, and we have five CNC machines from Japan, eight EDM from Sweden, three engraving machines from South Korea, three laser engraving machines from Italy and three automatic spraying lines from Taiwan. Plus, our monthly production capability is 30,000 pieces per month, and we have over 15 mobile models for customer to choose from.
We have 15 engineers with six years of experience on average in this field, and some of them has worked for Konka and Huawei before. They can design and make samples according to customers' requirements in 10 working days.
To insure the quality, we have 100 QC members with five years of experience on average, and our testing machines such as colorimeters and image measuring instruments from Taiwan. Plus, our ISO 9000:2000-certified factory also do automatic error detection of anti-bonding test and spray paint thickness test which are not all manufacturers do. We source material from Japan and Taiwan, and we have cooperated with nine material suppliers for over five years.
